All our products & services come with a certain amount of technical support credits. If you have used these up it is possible to purchase more as and when you need them.
As all our products and services have a one time cost we are not able to provide limitless technical support access unlike companies who charge monthly subscription fees.
Support credits can be purchased so that you can submit an email based technical support ticket to our developers.
Each new ticket that you raise counts for one support credit. You may then exchange email as much as you wish until that incident is resolved. Once the incident has been resolved the ticket will be closed and the process can be repeated for future incidents until you run out. Support credits will not expire until they have been used.
